Don't meditate to fix yourself, to heal yourself, to improve yourself, to redeem yourself; rather, do it as an act of love, of deep warm friendship to yourself.
It’s difficult to meditate when you're jacked up on a sugar high or sleep-deprived brain fog. Nutrition has a knock-on effect on everything… and it doesn't need to be perfect. Still on my own journey.
