Very Berry Smoothie

This one is a quickie and an easy......but a yummy! We always need a new spin on a smoothie don't we and this has got it all....and jam packed with goodness!

WHAT YOU NEED

1 cup of fresh or frozen mixed berries

1 cup of a2 milk

1 tbsp of flaxseed meal

1 tbsp of nut butter

1 tbsp natural/Greek yogurt

1 tbsp of oats Pinch of Cinnamon 1-2 dates

BLEND AND GO..... Add water for desired thickness
