Raspberry Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are great for those of us on the run. They are quick and easy to make and also pack a nutritional punch. This delicious smoothie is a perfect breakfast option or great for an afternoon pick me up. You can use any milk but we recommend a2 milk as we have found it is great to keep tummy discomfort at bay.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup a2 milk
- 1-2 tbs natural yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 banana
- 1 tbs of flaxseed or LSA (Linseed, Sunflower Seeds and Almonds ground)
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp chia seeds
METHOD
- Place all ingredients into a blender or a nutribullet and mix until smooth
- Place into two glasses and serve immediately
