Dementia diagnoses are up 200%

Dementia diagnoses are up 200%.... that is not a typo .... what on earth is going on??
It's only normal to wonder what you can do to protect yourself.... especially when you read this alarming report!!
We've long known that dementia is partially connected to lifestyle factors. In fact, Alzheimer's disease has been referred to as "Type 3 diabetes." And now a new study suggests that one diet may particularly help lower dementia risk.
Why is it being called type 3 Diabetes?
Because it's connected to added sugars. The good news is that we can control what we eat.
Crowd in so much good food with protein, fats and smart carbs that you forget the junk food of the past.
Any questions, thoughts, comments, feedback? Please share as we truly value efforts to create a positive wellness culture in your professional and family life.
Yours in good health & a bit of dark chocolate.
Michele.
