Lemon Dressing

LEMON DRESSING

3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped thyme or tarragon
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Place all the ingredients in a glass jar, seal tightly and shake vigorously for about 3 minutes.
